* Please note: streaming bandwidth is defined as any bandwidth usage caused by files larger than 10MBs in size (for example, video/music streaming, podcasting, or file sharing/downloading) - Synergy Incorporated reserves the right to limit bandwidth at any time when bandwidth abuse is detected - if the customer exceeds their allotted amount of streaming bandwidth for the month, they will be charged an additional $50 per 10gigs of bandwidth - if the customer's monthly hosting fee has not been paid in full by the due date, Synergy Incorporated reserves the right to suspend the hosting account until the hosting fee has been paid in full - Synergy Incorporated reserves the right to charge a late fee up to the cost of the hosting plan if the customer is continually late on payment each month

** Please note: domain registration only good on a new domain registration or a renewal on a domain you already own - domain registration only valid if customer is willing to have domain purchased/renewed under Synergy Incorporated's domain registrar account - the customer will not be given access to the domain management panel, but will be permitted to transfer out anytime after the first 60 days of registration (time limit set by the domain registrar) - offer only good on registrations up to $15/domain - offer only redeemable on domains registered after the hosting account was setup - if customer downgrades their hosting plan within 1 year of the free domain registration, the customer will have to pay the cost of the domain name(s) registered - if customer cancels their hosting plan within 1 year of the free domain registration, the customer will have to pay the cost of the domain name(s) registered plus Synergy Incorporated's cost for the time spent in transferring the domain out of Synergy Incorporated's control
